Admission Procedure
 
Confirmed Booking

You can book a room at the booking office on the recommendation of the consultant for the desired room. You will have to deposit an advance amount at the time of reservation of the room. Room charges vary depending on the type of room. On the date of admission reach the hospital by afternoon at the latest. You will have to deposit a further advance payment prior to occupying the room .

Current booking / Waiting list

If there is no confirmed bed available soon you can get an admission earlier by registering your name in the 'Current Waiting List'. Extra rooms/ beds are released at 4.30 pm and 7.30 pm daily. If your name does not figure in that days list you can get your name transferred to the next day's waiting list by ringing up the admissions office 4215331 / 32 / 33 at 9 am on the next day.

Room Charges

• Room charges are inclusive of diet and routine nursing care charges.
• Charges for doctor's consultation, operation, procedures, investigations, medicines, etc. are additional.
• Patient discharged from Labour room (waiting room) will be charged room rent according to Semi-Nursing Home.
• Incase the patient is shifted from lower to higher category, the charges for the consultation, operation and investigations, will be according to the higher category from the date of admission.
• ICU/ICCU bed charges are as per the category in which the patient is admitted.
  
  Checking in / Checking out
• Room charges for full day on the day of admission irrespective of the time of checking in.
• Upto 24 hours: one days room rent.
• Less than three hours (except day-care): no room rent.
• No room charges: If room is vacated before 10:00 AM.
• Half day room charge if the room is vacated before 1:00 PM.
• All payments accepted in cash/ DD/ credit cards  (Master Card or Visa Card). Cheques are not accepted.

Health Checkup

The hospital offers 6 comprehensive executive health check-ups for health conscious individuals.

Scheme I: Routine Medical Check Up Rs . 1000/-

• Total Systematic examination, Blood exam. For Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR
• Blood group, Blood sugar (fasting/pp), Blood cholesterol, Urea
• Creatinine, Urine examination, ECG, X-Ray Chest, eye check up.
• Final assessment Report
• Additional: PIP scan (Polycontrast Interference Photography) (FREE)

Scheme II: Executive Health Check Up Rs. 3000/-

• Total Systematic examination, Blood exam. For Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR
• Blood group, Blood sugar, (fasting/pp), Lipid Profile, Blood Urea,
• Creatinine, ECG, Uric Acid, LFT, X-Ray chest, Urine exam, TMT,
• Additional: PIP scan ( FREE )

Scheme III: Comprehensive Cardiac Check Up Rs. 4000/-

• Examination by Cardiologist , Blood exam. For Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR
• Blood group, Blood sugar (fasting/pp), Lipid Profile, Blood Urea,
• Creatinine, ECG, X-Ray Chest, Uric Acid, LFT, Urine exam,
• Color Doppler Echo & TMT, Abdominal US (Upper & Lower),
• Eye check up, final assessment Report
• Additional: PIP scan (FREE)
• Scheme IV: Whole Body Check Up Rs. 5000/-
• Total Systematic exam, Blood exam for Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR
• Blood group, Blood sugar (fasting/pp) Blood Urea, Creatinine,
• Uric Acid, LFT, Abdominal US (Upper & Lower), X-Ray Chest,
• ECG, urine exam, HbA /C, T3, T4, TSH, Echo, PFT, TMT, Lipid Profile, 
• PSA (men), Or Pap smear, Mammography (women), 
• Eye / ENT check up,

Scheme V: Sr. Citizen Health Check Up Rs. 1500/-

• Total Systematic examination, Blood exam. For Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR,
• Blood group, Blood sugar (fasting/pp), Blood Urea, Creatinine,
• Urine examination, ECG, X-Ray Chest, Urine Exam, Blood Cholesterol
• Additional: PIP scan (FREE)
• Scheme VI: Pre- employment Check Up Rs. 500/-
• Blood exam for Hb, TLC, DLC, ESR, Blood sugar ®, Urine and  X-ray chest.

NOTES:
The Executive Health Check-up Centre is located next to Casualty & functions every working day between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., except on Sundays & holidays. 
Appointment must be fixed in advance on Telephone No.4215331 / 32 / 33 upto 6 p.m. .Before reporting, complete 12 hours fasting is necessary. Not even tea or water should be taken after dinner around 8 p.m. on the previous night. 
Report of the check-up will be available after 2 days.
